This initial session is key to creating a safe and comfortable environment.

2. Hold 10-hour conversations with participating team members. This can be accomplished in a variety of arrangements ranging from day sessions to 3-hour sessions – held consecutively or spread out over a few weeks, according to each team’s availabilities, capacities, and flexibility. The discussion sessions will range from 90 minutes up to 3 hours and will aim to create a safe space where participants will share their experiences about what it was like to be onboarded. All conversations will be videorecorded and could be played back during subsequent session for further reflection and discussion by participants.
